WHAT DOES IT COST?

For mainland England and Wales postcodes:
  • orders under £100 carry a delivery charge of £9.99
  • orders between £100-149.99 carry a delivery charge of £7.99
  • orders from £150 are free
 
For the following mainland Scotland postcodes:
G1-90; EH1-EH55; FK1-21; KA1-26; KA29; KA30; ML1-12; AB10-AB25; DD1-11; PH1-35; KY1-16; TD1-15; PA1-19; DG1-16
  • orders under £100 carry a delivery charge of £10.99
  • orders between £100-149.99 carry a delivery charge of £8.99

For the following mainland Scotland postcodes:

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY TO ARRIVE?

Currently, we use DHL and our own warehouse courier service to despatch goods. DHL offers a tracking system and will send you a notification of your shipping number once they have received the order from us. Our warehouse does not use a tracking system but will notify you of an ETA by email and/or text on the day of despatch, for your convenience.
 
For mainland England, Wales and Scotland, we offer standard delivery, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. Standard delivery is usually 1-3 days. Most of our deliveries reach our customers within 48 hours. Some postcodes, especially in Scotland, may take a little longer to get to.
 
Note: if you order on a Friday, your delivery will be with you either the following Monday or Tuesday.
 

DO YOU DELIVER AT THE WEEKEND AND ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS?

Our apologies, but we don’t deliver at the weekend or on Bank Holidays. Orders placed on our site at the weekend or on Bank/Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

INSPECTING A DELIVERY

Do check your delivery on arrival. Naturally, we hope everything arrives in perfect condition, but loss or damage in transit, for example, does occasionally occur. If this is the case, please a) inform the courier so the warehouse can log the details, and b) contact DDWine.uk on 07901 391664 or via email at howard@ddwine.uk so we can get respond to you in no time at all, and resolve the issue.

RETURNS

Obviously we hope you’ll be thrilled with your order, but if you do need to return something just call us on 07901 391664, or email howard@ddwine.uk in the first instance. We will take you through what to do next so we can either replace your product or refund you.
