Winemaking

Whole grape clusters are gently pressed. Cold stabilization before fermentation. Maturation: on the lees in barrel for 6 months.

Tasting notes

Colour: pale yellow with green highlights. Nose: intense, with aromas of white peach, stone fruit, hawthorn, fennel, aniseed and dill. Palate: beautifully balanced showing elegance, finesse.

Food pairing

As an aperitif, or with fish or meat in a sauce.

Between 10 and 12°C
