Pale with a tinge of green. Aromas of citrus and pineapple with some bright notes of acacia flowers and apricot. This wine's full body is well-balanced by crisp freshness. Its lengthy finish draws on citrus fruits such as kumquat and pomelo.
Food matchesA delightful accompaniment to seafood and dishes with herb sauces.
Serve at 8° to 10°C.
