In conversion to organic at the time. Manual harvest using small crates. First quality check at the vine. Harvest stored in a cold room. Direct pressing of whole bunches. Harvest dates, 5th to 8th September 2019.
Grape varieties vinified separately in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats. Cold stabilisation, settling. Alcoholic fermentation maintained between 16° to 18°C.
5 months in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats.

Colour: salmon-pink. Nose: summer fruits, with delightful notes of fruit drops. Palate: fresh, red berries.
