The grapes are grown on soils composed of clay and sand in a terraced vineyard located on a limestone terrain of various gradients. Different plots are chosen for the best grapes. After pressing, the must is cold-fermented with carefully selected yeasts. The wine is placed for a short time in wooden casks to add volume and complexity.
Straw-coloured with golden inflections, while the aromatics are predominantly floral and stone fruit. A lovely concentration of white peach, apricot, honeysuckle and nutmeg lengthen on the palate for a beautifully rounded finish.
It perfectly accompanies shellfish with sauce, grilled fish and soft cheese with herbs.
