Soil: argilo-limestone. Planting density: 3700 plants/ha. Age of vines: 50 years.

Viticulture and vinification

Manual: grapes are harvested in crates after sorting on the vine. Direct press; fermentation in stainless steel vats and partly in new barrels. Maturation is 4 months.

Tasting notes

Colour: pale yellow with honey highlights. Nose: aromas of sweet spice, curry, quince jelly. Palate: full-bodied; a finale of star anise

Food matching

Lamb tagine with candied lemon; flambéed prawns with pastis; grilled fish e.g., sea bream.

Serving temperature

10 to 12 ° C.
