Terrior

In thermo-regulated stainless steel vats with cold-temperature management. The wine is then put into oak barrels to finish the fermentation.

Taste

On the palate, fresh floral and citrus notes keep the tension throughout, and there is a round and delicate finish.

Food

Lovely with white fish tartare and citrus zest.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: Between 11° and 14° C.
